The food at Sommarhagen is, as far as possible, made from what
the surrounding nature can offer.
Magnificent game such as roe deer, moose and goose and fish from lakes nearby.
Naturally we also serve berries and mushrooms from the enchanting forests.
Savor the delicious meals in our homely dining room with an open fireplace or maybe on our summer veranda. We will help you select the perfect wine and your meal will be a memory to treasure for a long time.
The restaurant is open for our hotel guests.
If possible, we also welcome other guests.
